This pandemic will leave marks… and scars in the life of many fellow citizens. Physical and mental health problems, family issues, income losses or even worse, job losses, corporate bankruptcies, and more…

I believe that it’s essential to care about the needs of our relatives, friends and neighbors and to do what is possible to help people in need.

Many recognized and well-structured charitable organizations are already well established in the West Island and ready to respond to the needs, as long as they have the means to do so.

That’s where I got the idea to pay 10% of my commission as listing broker (representing the seller) on each and every transaction entrusted to me until June 30, 2021 to a local charitable organization chosen by my selling client.*

* Proposal valid for all new real estate brokerage contracts signed before June 30, 2021. Ten percent (10%) of the commission of the listing broker will be donated to the organization chosen by the seller, and the said organization shall provide a charity registration number. The donation will be made within 96 hours after the signature of the deed of sale. The commission rate of the listing broker must be a minimum of 2%.
