Many recognized and well-structured charitable organizations are already well established in the West Island and ready to respond to the needs, as long as they have the means to do so.
That's where I got the idea to pay 10% of my commission as listing broker (representing the seller) on each and every transaction entrusted to me until December 31, 2022 to a local charitable organization chosen by my selling client.*
